All pieces are handmade in Barcelona, Spain. We are trying to reach more places, but for now we ship to:

Do you have any discounts?
Yes :) All customers who subscribe to the newsletter receive a welcome discount.
You can sign up here. The discount will be sent to your email address (if you don't find it, check your SPAM folder and move it to your inbox) and you can use it whenever you want!
I don't know which size to choose
On each garment's product page, you will find a size guide with the specific measurements for that garment.

How long does each order take to arrive?
All garments are made to order. This means that once the customer has placed the order, the garment will be made. The production period for each garment is usually approximately 1-2 days, but can vary depending on demand.
*If “ready to ship” appears next to the size in the size selection, it means that there is a garment already made in that size that could be shipped the same day.
Once the garment has been made, the shipping time may vary from 2-7 working days approximately (depending on delays of the shipping company). The approximate delivery date is calculated on the checkout page before payment. When the order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number.
During periods of high demand, there may be shipping delays. In which case the client would be notified via email.
How can I track my order?

Can I return an item?
Returns are possible within 14 days of delivery of the order.
For the return to be accepted, the item must be unused, unwashed and retain the attached labels, and must be sent in its original packaging.
To make a return, send us an email to hello@nanijours.com. Tell us the order number and the reason for the return, and we will explain the steps to follow.
The customer will be responsible for the costs of the return. Once the return is received, it will be verified that it meets the requirements and the item will be refunded.
