Where do you ship to?
We ship within the European Union. We'll be shipping worldwide very soon - we’re working on it <3
When will I get my order?
This is slow fashion & we produce ethically without generating unnecessary stock, so depending on demand: we either make items to order or produce very limited stock. So it may take up to 2 weeks from the time you place your order until the garment is made.
Once the garment has been made, the shipping time may vary from 5-10 working days approximately. The approximate delivery date is calculated on the checkout page before payment. When the order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number.
How can I track my order?
When the order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number.
If you didn't receive it, please contact us at hello@nanijours.com, we will reply as soon as possible.
Do you have any discounts?
Yes :) All customers who subscribe to the newsletter receive a welcome discount.
You can subscribe by entering your email address in the footer section. The discount will be sent to your email address (if you don't find it, please check your SPAM folder and move it to your inbox)
I don't know which size to choose
On each garment's product page, you will find a size guide with the specific measurements of that garment.

Can I return an item?
Returns are possible within 14 days of delivery of the order. For the return to be accepted, the item must be unused, unwashed and retain the attached labels, and (if possible) must be sent in its original packaging.
To make a return, send us an email to hello@nanijours.com. Tell us the order number and the reason for the return, and we will explain the steps to follow.
The customer will be responsible for the costs of the return. Once the return is received, it will be verified that it meets the requirements and the item will be refunded.
