• Wash the garment by hand or with a delicate wash program at less than 30ºC.
• Do not use a dryer. 
• Since fabric with strong colors could fade, we recommend washing the garment alone for the first time.

SHIPPING

All garments are made to order. This means that once the customer has placed the order, the garment will be made. The production period for each garment is usually approximately 1-2 days, but can vary depending on demand.

*If “ready to ship” appears next to the size in the size selection, it means that there is a garment already made in that size that could be shipped the same day.

Once the garment has been made, the shipping time may vary from 2-7 working days approximately (depending on delays of the shipping company). The approximate delivery date is calculated on the checkout page before payment. When the order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

During periods of high demand, there may be shipping delays. In which case the client would be notified via email.

For now we ship to different countries in the European Union. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

RETURNS

Returns are possible within 14 days of delivery of the order.

For the return to be accepted, the item must be unused, unwashed and retain the attached labels, and must be sent in its original packaging.

To make a return, send us an email to nanijours@gmail.com. Tell us the order number and the reason for the return, and we will explain the steps to follow.

The customer will be responsible for the costs of the return. Once the return is received, it will be verified that it meets the requirements and the item will be refunded.
